Looked up Shining Force. Meh. It's a strategy RPG. Not the same animal. And you also compare it to Zelda, which isn't even any type of RPG, in comments for the Shining Force II review!

It seriously had some of the most emotional, goosebump inducing scenes I've ever experienced in a videogame, like Lucca's flashback scene (which I failed to realize was interactive until I had just enough time to panic before failing), Frog snapping out of his funk and using the Masamune, Chrono's violent confrontation with Lavos...

Its a shame as I really wanted him to do it, but fear not, he will be back in the new year for a couple of our bigger titles. I want to make this a regular thing so if you have any opinions on how we can improve on the LKS video do let me know, we value all your feedback.

It's proof positive that this was a game amazing enough to make you ignore any loading-time BS if you'd never played it in cartridge form before (either that, or I was so used to other PSX games having to load all the time back then that that's why i don't remember it being a problem, lol).
