The Wii just can't do that this generation and graphics are a big factor. They do matter now matter what you defenders say. They aren't the be all end all, but if a company wants to tell an amazing story that looks realistic, then the Wii DOES suck.

I'm not bothered by the size; I mean let be realistic; The advent of the portable gaming boom was never really much about the size of the systems that are portable, at least not for us gamers. How many of you same whiners packed up your Wii and took it to peoples houses when you first got it? The point of portable is having a fully self contained system; screens/audio/LONG BATTERY LIFE/long, full games all that you can take along easily somewhere, even if not neccessarily in your shirt breast pocket. We're not eagerly waiting for the next Zelda game on DS because we can pass the time on the bus with it for 15 minutes, it because it's the next FREAKING ZELDA! We want to sit at home and pour over every castle for hours. I'm very happy I can do that in pajamas in bed with hot chocolate, and soon with good sized screens.

Anyway I'm just defensive, since I still have a Phat DS and this looks the same size; I've been so happy with it and never considered it too big to take anywhere, but always wished for bigger screens.

Good review Corbie and thank you for saving me 800 points! I was actually considering getting this but not anymore. I only got to play this game a couple of times in an arcade a long time ago and I swore that it was much better than this. It clearly hasn't aged well at all. I sure am glad that the sequels turned to be awesome though.:)

@ Roopa132: Yea but the price tag differs quite a bit, at least from the retail version at the release back then. And they twitched the game like removing minor bugs & glitches, so it's superior. Can't wait to download this game myself :)

Is anything different about it on the software side? eg - Is the Wii Menu still white, etc?

Also, are there any inner hardware changes? For example if one wanted to put a white Wii's internal hardware into the black casing, would it be possible?

I demand answers :P

Games only got cinematic with HD (like, really cinematic, I mean). Wii is not HD, so forget it and move on!

I was thinking about getting this on Club Nintendo, but now I am not so sure...but to be honest, not much else on Club Nintendo. If I get it, I wonder if I should leave it shrinkwrapped and sell it, or actually play it...hmm.
