1000 wii points?? Thats a bit too much for something you can do for free in real life.

I love how people judge the price when we know next to nothing about the game.
I for one, love throwing things. That goes all the way back to my football playin' days. So I'd like to see more about this.

So go throw stuff in real life then if you like throwing stuff so much.

I do throw stuff in real life.
Just like how some people play guitar in real life.
Oh guess what? Some of those guitar players like Guitar Hero too.
Oh, and know how professional NFL players like playing Madden?
Well I guess that's self explanatory!
It's all very crazy, I know.

Hmm...
No comment. Not until more info is released, anyway. If you get to throw it at someone as opposed to to someone, then it's a must-buy for me
@SuperMario
Agreed.

We can also fish; bowl; eat mushrooms and save princesses; shoot alien life forms; AND reunite the Triforce in real life too

First Eating Comps, then Beer Pong without the beer, then Sandcastle building and now this. Honestly, WiiWare is getting a lot of firsts for particular games and sports but i never thought i'd see a game based on "Catch". What Next, a game based on Knitting, Working as a Janitor, Sewer Maintenance, Haggis Hurling (It's actually a sport, look it up)? It won't end, will it? 1000 Points for the cost doesn't help either.
Also, I defy anyone to find a sport more unusual than Haggis Hurling

I don't even like this game in real life, and at least then it's more fulfilling( teaches you hand/eye coordination, as well as how to catch a ball). Pass.

The video alone turns me off from this game. Sega do a 2D Sonic already!!!!!

I wanna support SEGA so badly but unless they lower the price tag, I don't think I'll get this. And the thing is, if Let's Catch sells pretty well, they'll bring more to "Let's" games to WiiWare! That's one division. Next division to focus on? Sonic.

The title is the first thing that bothers me. Lets Catch....Wii Catch? Hope they don't make an entire series.

@WhoKnew: I imagine, then, you're not familiar with Let's Tap?
Keep in mind these are being overseen by Yuji Naka.

08 Mar 2009, 01:44 GMT
Let's Tap was decent, so this could be quite good. Prope have my hopes up for their future projects.
@Nobari
3 months late but still. Sega are still a better developer/publisher than a lot of others when it comes to games, although in the last few years or so they do seem to be a bit hit-and-miss. Let's hope it's worth the points then.

@KnucklesSonic8: Yeah but still, I wish Yuji Naka would leave and go back to making Sonic games. I hope he knows what they are doing to his hedgehog.

@Terranigma: You tried Let's Tap? Can't wait till it gets here. So getting it.
@WhoKnew: Yes, he knows. And he says he doesn't pay too much mind to the direction it's taken. And honestly, if it means we're gonna get some creative titles, than I support Yuji leaving.
edit // March 29:
Confirmed for a North American release. I wonder when we'll see it... *pops up on Monday... or in 5 months. lol.

30 Mar 2009, 21:28 BST
@KS8: Guess your right. But I really don't think its a good idea for him having left. I don't think sonic games will ever be the same since now that he is gone.

We'll see... SatSR came about without Naka and it turned out great. SatSR, SU, and SatBK all have their roles in improving the quality of the franchise and each of them have brought something to the table. Without those 3 titles, future games would not be possible. And because of those various aspects, THAT is why I am still hopeful for the future. This goes beyond blind following or anything of that sort.
But anyway, I'm more keen on getting Let's Catch than I was before.

I'm enjoying the game so far. It's very relaxing.
I was right in guessing many would pass it off for the price tag. I think that may have hurt it honestly because if it were 500 Points, I'd highly recommend it.

It looks kind of charming, but I got bored with the concept of throwing and catching already while watching the video.
