I agree with Apocalypse. There is to much I want right now. Hopefully Hudson will put out Aquarium first and then the Bomberman and Alien Crush. So far they have some cool stuff for Wii Ware

I hope people will download, I think this has serious potential, as long as it can stay populated, but the standard multi-player will suffice.

@Bass X0: The game won't be out in Europe this week because Hudson released My Aquarium earlier this month. Since they already look to have Alien Crush sorted (since it is about to be released in Japan), we can probably expect that in September and BMBlast in October. Ah well...

How much does everyone think this should cost? I'm saying 1000.

I love this game i used to play it on the DS version with my friends online like everyday and its a really fun addicting game too... hope it comes out soon and definitely gonna get this.

i'm sure this will be 1000+, though i wish it could be 800.
if it's more than 1000 though then that's going to be really pushing it.

Probably my 2nd most wanted Wii-ware game, after Alien Crush Returns.

800 points would be nice, but I'm expecting 1000 just because of on-line play.

i wish this would come out monday but i know it wont. this plattchen, alien crush returns, swords and soldiers, Tetris Party, Gradius rebirth and space invaders are my most anticipated wiiware titles

Holy geez I'm excited. Bomberman has been one of my favorite multiplayer games and I expect this one to further solidify my opinion. All I need now is money...for some reason I think I'll need it...

Although I think it would be very weird of them to not include it.. I still find it odd that they ONLY mention the online, but nothing about local multiplayer..

I love bomberman, bomberman 93 is my most played game on the wii, only thing maybe pushing that would be mariokart.

whenever we have friends around , bomberman comes out and fun ensues. can't wait for a newer version.

Well, I owned Alien Crush when it was a VC title; it's decent. I don't see the point in owning a pretty good game like Star Soldier R when there are much better shmups on the VC, and everyone's played Tetris in some form or another. I detest sims like My Aquarium; they quickly become boring for me, but I know some people who enjoy the genre. However, Bomberman Blast would be something to get excited over. Btw, if anyone has been so caught up with Wii-Ware that they haven't checked out Bionic Commando Rearmed for the PC, 360, and PS3, shame on you.

Looks like Bomberman Live from XBLA with the whole 8-player online, tournaments, and 4 players on one console, and I already have that, so maybe I'll pass on this. Good to know that Hudson is actually trying to push the Wii's multiplayer possibilities to the limit on this one, though.

I dont know why people want My Aquarium.
Its really boring and not even worth 500 points!
I've only played on it 2/3 times, the only thing that would make me want to play it again is the new fish, but only to look at them, thats it.
Feeding them doesnt make me go WOW, tapping the glass doesnt make me go WOW, theres just nothing special about it (apart from the neon tetras, they look real!)
The wiiware games I'm looking forward to are:
All the other strongbad episodes, Lostwinds 2, Gravitronix, Eternity's Child, Helix, Bomberman (maybe, never even played it before), Gradius: Rebirth, Plattchen and I hear everyone's really looking forward to megaman 9, but I'm not (might be because I've never played a MM game before), but it just looks like a VC game.

I have been looking forward to this title for soooo long.
It really sounds as though the wait has been worth it though because if the online will be anywhere as good as it sounds then im sure I will be spending a long time on this title.

I've never played Bomberman, but the idea of blowing up Miis is full of awesome!

Hopefully Nintendo fixes the fridge soon. What if I want fast, easy access to a bunch of WiiWare games I've already bought?

This was supposed to come out as a retail release and a Wiiware release. The retail was supposed to have more features. Now the official site just says download only. . .wonder what happened? Oh well, just as long as I get wifi action I can live without 10 extra emotions and 2 levels. I just hope there's DLC like the LIVE version.

EDIT: Retail was also supposed to have a deep single player mode. . .maybe because of that they'll be treated as two completely different games and the retail will be out later and they're just not talking about it now. I'm a huge fan so I'd like the retail version, but since Wii Ware comes out first I'll end up getting both XD (considering this retail version comes out first).

Yeah, I'm starting to think that the retail version was Japan-only, or something like that. Oh well, as far as I'm concerned Bomberman's always been about multiplayer, so I won't miss it[the retail version]. If it does come out on retail at a later date though, I'll probably end up getting it, just because it's Bomberman.

Yeah multiplayer is my main focus as well, but I love my bomberman xD.

I can't wait for one of my favorites. But 10 player in one small arena?... Bomberman, Lemmings, Worms... so WiiWare just needs 2 more of these games =)

Bomberman was released on the wii for PAL but it's not a very common game. It's called Bomberman land and has a story mode as well as multiplayer.

Since My Aquarium was released yesterday, this (and Devils Crush) will be released over the upcoming months in the US, since Nintendo only allow one game per developer per month. Since we got My Aquarium last month, there is the possibility that Europe will get a new Hudson game this month, but i'm not counting on anything. As I said above though, Alien Crush is already out in Japan so I'd expect this one to be released first.

As for the 30th September release date (@andy836), I doubt that greatly. I can imagine the game being released around the same time as other regions, but not all on the same date. For starters, the 30th September is a Tuesday, and you can't seriously expect stubborn ol' Nintendo to go releasing new games on a different day than usual (as you should know, games come out on a Monday in the US and Friday in EU - only Japan have Tuesday releases). Plus, that would mean that the US have both My Aquarium and Bomberman in the same month (both Hudson Soft games), and despite there being a four week gap between the releases, I can't see Nintendo breaking their own rules by allowing Hudson to go and release two games in one month.

(Pauses for breath) I might be wrong, but I'm going by the facts rather than the rumours.

I agree Wii Love it online. I think Alien Crush R will come out close to Halloween while Bomberman will show up in Nov. or Dec. I will need points for both. I also think the original Bomberman may come out soon for the VC.

I will without a single doubt get this promising game! I have never played Bomberman in muti-player and I don't want to miss out. This is my most anticipated Wiiware game even higher then Megaman 9 and Alien Crush Returns! For any muti-player fans this is a must!

My friends and I have a blast with Bomberman '93 (already on the V.C.) and this looks to be SOOO much better. More players? Online gameplay? Mii support? New abilities? Team play? This is looking better and better.

Hey Ian Daemon you can play with up to 3 friends online in Bomberman Blast! You can also play with up to 8 players online. Even better a Wii owner can play against a WiiWare owner and vice versa! I predict this will be the first 10/10 WiiWare title if Megaman 9, Alien Crush, and Tetris doesn't claim it first. I won't be downloading Bomberman 93 though since nobody play with me offline.
