Hey have any of you furry dudes seen Icarus lately?
More cross-pollination in the crazy world of WiiWare!
Not to be outdone by Commander Video's Meat Makeover we have now learnt that the upcoming WiiWare game, Furry Legends will feature a cameo from none other than Nyx from the rather excellent NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits!
Here’s what the guys at Gamelion had to say on their Twitter page today:
Hidden character in Furry Legends! Nyx from NyxQuest will have a guest appearance in Furry Legends
That’s pretty cool news and is a sure sign that OverTheTopGames have faith in Gamelion to deliver a top quality game in Furry Legends when it is released on WiiWare later this year. We awarded NyxQuest an impressive 9/10 in our review last month. Let’s hope that it hits North America very soon.

So who would your ideal WiiWare coupling be then? Toki Tori in the World of Goo? Toku from LostWinds getting his hair cut by a Bonsai Barber? The possibilities are endless!

crazy, i was just looking at this games preview way back in the news pages
my ideal coupling of wiiware games would be the karate phants guys in the incoming tanks where they shot the pucks from hockey allstar shootout

With all the cross-overs happening recently, i wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo had a few WiiWare indie characters make an appearance in the next Smash Bros.

I don't know about this combination. The style of NyxQuest and Furry Legends doesn't really match. It's like putting Mario in The Conduit. Still look forward to Furry Legends though and NyxQuest was, is still awesome.

That's one weird guest character choice... But it sure worked on me, I for one is more curious about this title because of it.

Mario in the Conduit? Sounds pretty good. If Solid Snake can be in SSBB, then Mario can fight Mr. Ford in a deathmatch for sure.
