Topic: Does anyone else have an issue adding a card to the My Nintendo store? (UK)

So they told me to contact the courier DPD, well i did and they told me their system could not see why it got re-labelled and send back to Nintendo Store. Also that the Nintendo Store had to contact their "Platinum Team" for any further information, NOT me.
So have gone back to Nintendo Store with this information.

Trying to brush me off? What a complete dismissal at the end, and just noticed they have refunded me my cash, but not given me back my voucher which they gave me for the N64 controllers "going missing"

@Bunkerneath Have you tried to talk to a manager in Nintendo support ? It sounds like regular employees are failing to address & resolve your order.

Well now we have a twitter account for Nintendo UK Store, and they are promoting Bayonetta Origins, thought I would ask:

If I order this, will it go to Birmingham, get re-labelled and returned to your warehouse, with no explanation why? Just like my Sephiroth Amiibo, or like my N64 controllers that were never even received by Royal Mail? Sorry but your customer service is AWFUL

@Bunkerneath Every customer service/support has a manager. You should have sent a message, or called, customer service/support and asked to speak with the manager. Management is likely your best option (if not your only option) if you want real help. A manager will have a much more proacative atitude and more power to actually help, or access to things regular employees may not have access to. It's the manager's job to address problems that regular employees fail to resolve.

OH YEY!!! I did three different N64 controller orders, with different cards and addresses, and so far one has been returned to the warehouse, AGAIN, one hasnt been shipped and another, I cant find the tracking details

Brilliant found a tracking for one of my orders and looks like My Nintendo Store is putting the wrong labels on them:

Did anyone ever find a solution for this?

Keep getting: "Unfortunately an error occurred during the processing payment, please try again."

I am so frustrated, missed out on the TotK Collector's Edition yesterday because of this, and right now I'm trying to get the amiibo as it's back in stock and the same error message again. I've tried everything - different device, different card, cleared cookies, incognito, even asked my brother and girlfriend to try and they both get the same error message too! Nintendo UK Store website is absolutely trash, makes me so angry.

@1UP_MARIO it's so frustrating! What product is yours for? Can't be the Collector's Edition & amiibo as they were only released yesterday, I'm guessing it's the TotK OLED?

@hylianticipated I tried getting the Nintendo 64 pins last week and yesterday was for the Amiibo. I registered with them for a spot in the que but failed to buy even free trying 3 different cards

My cards are working now as they love taking the money, its just them trying to deliver anything, looking at the tracking they keep on putting the wrong labels on them so it gets sent back to their warehouse "They can't do anything about this" and then send a replacement but that doesn't get here and then have to refund me 2 months after the order, the customer service is shocking.
I did a revoo and put everything I could to hate the place except I would use them again (because you have to for My Nintendo exclusives) and because of that one thing it shows as positive

@Bunkerneath oh wow that's awful too, I hope that doesn't happen with any of my upcoming orders, it hasn't happened to me with them before luckily - recently received the N64 controller, and before that some MyNintendo rewards, all delivered fine. And yeah their customer service is awful, they really don't care and don't want to help. They don't even try to understand the issue most of the time. One of my recent orders I never got an order confirmation email, and it wouldn't appear in my order history at first either (so I wasn't sure if it went through). I've asked CS to email me confirmation several times since and they said they would, but never did. Shocking.

Holy Crap! Just got a message from Royal Mail saying something from Nintendo has been delivered.
Yey! Some N64 paperclips, well, tiny pieces of plastic in the shape of N64 controllers
So they can deliver here, but not an N64 controller or Amiibo?
